Big Sur Marathon

We were put up in a hotel that offered a free warm chocolate chip cookie at check-in. We hit the sack around 8pm and tried to conk out. Why? Because we had to get back up at 2 in the morning to shoot the Big Sur Marathon runners who needed an early start for their race.

A company named Colas Canada is largely responsible for paving the streets and highways of Canada. They have several branches in the US and every year they host a team-building type of event for 100 of their employees. This year's event was a relay race of 10 teams with 5 people each at the Big Sur Marathon. We were exhausted but had fun in Monterrey for the weekend.

Many thanks to Mark and Cheri of Conscious Creative for providing their assistance with this epic shoot. (blah)
